Hañsa Yoga Teacher Training Learning Pathways
The Hañsa international system is a unique approach to the practice of yoga and preparation of both yoga teachers and yoga therapists that offers students advanced learning and experiences of functional anatomy, biomechanics and developmental movement within a yoga framework.
Traditional concepts and philosophies of yoga underpin all teaching and learning in the Hañsa system in a way that enables students to understand and apply concepts in functional, graceful and easeful movement in yoga and every-day living.
Hañsa international provide professional education options within a structured, therapeutic framework to develop safe practice for self and others. There are four distinct approaches, or pathways, for practice development and yoga teacher training:
Hañsa Flow artfully integrates the healing art of vinyasa through creative sequencing and choreography. Hañsa flow explores the practice of yoga from a three-dimensional concept where movement emerges from the centre, or inner form to expand, condense and return through a natural rhythm grounded in therapeutics.
The flow sequences within each Hañsa flow module are used to illustrate and embody inner form and rhythm in graceful, functional movement patterns. The blend of functionality and relationships to form bring to life a creative potential to assist students and teachers to explore and manage self on physical, emotional and energetic levels.
