A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

Functional & Fundamental

Learn yoga from a functional perspective.

Hañsa believes that the practice of yoga is explorative and investigative. The Hañsa Yoga 200 Fundamental training will cultivate greater awareness, knowledge and experience of your body and self. The Hañsa 200 Fundamental Training is accredited by Yoga Alliance enabling RYT200 registration on successful completion of the programme.

Hañsa yoga combines Eastern and Western philosophies to teach yoga from its fundamental roots. We believe this is essential to understanding the practice of yoga from developmental and evolutionary perspectives.

The curriculum focuses on the study of the body from a biomechanical perspective to fully understand the functions and movement of the body as a fundamental layer for the practice of yoga.

Hañsa Fundamentals Curriculum:

  • Principles of practice
  • The practice of postures
  • Fundamental & supportive pranayama
  • Functional anatomy & physiology
  • Body movement & biomechanics

Vincent Bolletta & Hañsa

Vincent is the founder of Hañsa, a unique style that integrates eastern and western thought and methodologies to the practice of yoga, movement, and therapy.

Hañsa has developed an 800 hours yoga therapy professional training programme that supports a process of healing and awakening through principles of human fundamental movement patterns and embodiment. Using this as the basis to gain greater insight into individual function as well as understanding one’s physical, mental and energetic needs.
